PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Joselyn has been working in the Insurance Law area since 2014. She obtained her law degree with emphasis in Securities Law from the University of Costa Rica and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Compliance & Risk Management. Her professional practice has focused mainly on the Insurance and Regulatory Compliance area. She began her professional practice at the General Superintendence of Insurance, providing legal advice within a prestigious law firm with presence throughout Central America to the different participants of the insurance sector, and has participated in the incorporation and authorization of different regulated entities. In addition, she has experience in advising on the structuring and supervision of regulatory compliance and corporate governance of regulated and non-regulated companies.
