Professional Experience:

Daniel recently served as the Vice President and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer for Flipkart—the leading ecommerce company in India where he performed a critical role in the launch of new business lines and the due diligence and integration for all of the group’s M&A activities.  Prior to this role, Daniel served as Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer for Walmart Central America, as well as Chief Compliance Officer for Walmart Latin America, where he built sustainable compliance programs and rapidly drove those programs to maturity.

.Daniel’s earlier career includes progressively senior roles for Schlumberger Oilfield Services in Latin America He also has extensive startup and entrepreneurial expertise, including founding and directing two law firms and companies in the technology, logistics, pharmaceutical and agro-industrial sectors.

Daniel served in the Board of several of his clients in the past and the following NGOs:
