PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Carolina experience in law is since 2012. She obtained her degree in law with an emphasis in Stock Market Law from the University of Costa Rica and is a graduate of the Specialization in Notarial and Registry Law from La Salle University. Her professional practice has focused mainly on the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law.
In addition to her extensive experience providing business advice from prestigious Costa Rican law firms, she has been an in-house legal advisor for one of the largest beverage companies in Costa Rica. Also helping as a foreign capital technology company with investments in different latitudes.
