Please be advised that the official notice to Corporations and Companies that have not filed the 2019 Transparency and Final Beneficiaries declaration was published yesterday. These entities will have until Friday April 24th, 2020 to file the declaration and avoid penalties.

If your Corporation is in the list above, we strongly suggest you to take immediate action to avoid the hefty penalties.
