Please be advised that the Costa Rican government has announced their decision to postpone the initiation of the registration process in the Transparency and Final Beneficiaries Registry to the month of September 2019. This is the new registration calendar:

The argument they used to justify the decision is that the country’s private sector has raised several concerns about this registration process and therefore they came to the conclusion it was convenient to postpone the start of the registration process to clarify the concerns expressed by the private sector.
